If you’ve accidentally damaged your styling tools don’t despair. You can now take advantage of our ‘Fix Up’ service and you can continue to keep your hair game strong with Alfa Italia tools.

After you have completed your order, follow the instructions in your confirmation email to return the damaged item to us. Once received, it will be checked over by one of our technicians to assess the damage. We will always try to fix them but if it is not possible, we’ll replace it, like for like, with a brand new styling tool. Either way, you’ll have the reassurance of an additional 12 months warranty cover.
