Our 2-3 day delivery service is only available within the UK. Orders placed before 12 pm Monday to Friday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12 pm Friday and on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. (Excluding bank holidays when orders will be shipped the next working day)

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK using our standard delivery service.

How to return your Alfa Italia Appliance when claiming under warranty:

Please return your product (along with a copy of your original order confirmation, phone and email contact details and return address with postcode) to:

Each item will be inspected and tested to determine the nature of the fault and, if possible, the cause. Alfa Italia will then decide on a course of action. If the item is found to be defective in materials and or workmanship, it will be replaced. In this event, the warranty is transferred from the returned item to its replacement. No additional warranty will be given. If returned via the reseller, then it is the reseller's responsibility to determine the outcome of our inspection. If unsure, the reseller should return the product to us via the Authorised Distributor to determine if the product is defective in workmanship and materials and fails to perform as stated in the product specification before agreeing to exchange.

If the product is returned within 28 days, the product can be exchanged as faulty from new.

Each Alfa Italia product contains a unique identification number; the warranty is only valid if this unique identification number is still on the product. At the point of sale each Unique Identification Number is recorded for its 365-day Premium Warranty Guarantee.

If the product is to be resold by the reseller, then it is the responsibility of the end user to fill in the Extended Warranty Card attached and return it to Alfa Italia.

Alfa Italia will then honour the warranty from the date of resale**.

We will endeavour at all times to deal with returned items as quickly and fairly as possible.
