Your Alfa Italia scissors can perform as many as 600 - 800 haircuts before the blades begin to dull. That’s approximately 6 - 8 months of continuous usage. As an integral part of your tool kit, we understand how inconvenient it can be to lose access to your scissors. This is why we offer an express repair and maintenance service at our in-house master workshop.

Select below how many scissors you have to be serviced, you can send up to 3 pairs to be serviced at one time. Then click purchase + fill in the form detailing your name, address and contact info + the model(s) of scissors you are returning for service.

Once you have checked out, please package your scissors securely and enclose your order confirmation then send to the address below.

We recommend sending your scissors via a recorded service. Alfa Italia can't be held liable for scissors lost in the post.

Once received, your scissors will be carefully checked over to assess their condition before being finely sharpened and rebalanced, cleaned and re-oiled before returning them to you in prime condition. The above prices include return postage via recorded tracked service.

The service takes around 7 - 10 working days.
